  • Be as specific as possible. (For example, Increase income by $50k - as opposed to 'increase my income'.)
  • For the following 4 questions, remember to articulate your goals; make them SMART:
    Specific
    Measurable
    Attainable
    Realistic
    Timely
    For example, "I want to make more money" is not a SMART goal.
    "I want to increase my revenue by $XX,XXX per month by December 31, 2015" is a SMART goal.
